Partner Attorney Job Description:
- Serve as a member of the High Net Worth Practice Group at **Members Only** in Grand Rapids, MI.
- Prepare estate planning documents such as revocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and more.
- Administer complex trusts and estates with minimal supervision.
- Conduct legal research and advise clients on estate, gift, and income tax matters.
- Advise clients on corporate matters and prepare formation and governance documents.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients and professional advisors.
- Assist with training and mentoring associates and other team members.
- Delegate and oversee assignments to associates, paralegals, and legal secretaries.
- Manage multiple large projects with significant client interaction and exceptional communication.
- Prioritize and organize numerous tasks efficiently.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree and admission to the Michigan state bar.
- Minimum of eight years of legal experience.
