• Working closely with clients and providing sound legal advice

Requirements
• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active Virginia Bar membership
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with corporate transactions

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
