The firm should continue to offer learning experiences to staff. Staff should keep their supportive ideals in the firm. Management needs to do a better job in protecting employee privacy.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The office environment offers learning experiences in several areas of law. The staff is encouraging and creates a positive environment. There is room to advance.

What did you not like about this institution?
Management sometimes intrudes on the privacy of staff members. Some of the staff doesn't have a sense of professionalism. Not everyone is equal. Some workers are not knowledgeable in their area of law.
