Take more interest in the people who work there. They are the backbone and are what keeps you organized. Make sure that you develop those relationships so that the place isn't a revolving door.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The benefits and salary are what makes working with this firm worth it. They pay very well and the workload is not very hard. The schedules are very laid back with no set routine

What did you not like about this institution?
The attorneys are rude and can come off as aloof and snobby. You really can't develop relationships because they don't tent to engage in the office. In fact they are rarely in the office.
