Treat your employees better. Stop lying to them or getting rid of them for no reason.
Being able to assist Veterans has been the most rewarding experience. It feels great to help the veterans win their cases against the VA.
Management beats to their own drum and once any one of them feels an employee needs to go, they do what they can to get rid of that specific employee. They even lie to the partners to get their way. Management is not truthful and they hide a lot behind the scenes. They want you to believe they are your "friend" but they truly are not. They will stab you in the back for no reason, if given the chance.
All partners seem to be fair in respect to helping veterans.

For people wanting to work here, you should have a singular dedication to veterans and their problems. I can't really see that the firm needs any advice because they are truly fine people working on important cases and causes.
This firm focuses solely on veteran issues and cases. We take everything from disability issues up to Supreme Court cases that can impact the lives of our military and veterans.
