The firm should promote younger staff to partnership positions, and increase the staff's salaries yearly in order to maintain morale.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
You will work hard and learn a lot about client management at this firm. That means responsiveness to inquiries, knowledgeability, etc.
What did you not like about this institution?
The firm rarely issues raises, and even more rarely offers partnership positions to associate lawyers. Promotion at this firm takes quite a while.
