What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm is amazing. Every day, we treated our clients the way we would treat someone in our family. We constantly strived to make people happy and to ensure that they get what they are truly deserving. This treatment doesnt just apply to the clients, though. Everyone who works in the office (including the owner) treats eachother with respect and dignity, all while having fun, and enjoying eachother's company. Working for this firm made me never want to leave. It is truly a family there.

What did you not like about this institution?
You'll never want to work anywhere else!

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
The family-like atmosphere Christopher Rand is so caring, and will always consider your well-being above all else. The attorneys here are very smart, and rarely get stumped, but on that rare occasion, they always help eachother figure things out.
