What did you not like about this institution?
Really don't know were to start. This firm is rated as bad and nobody deserve it more! They don't respond to calls they don't do anything for your case you have to do everything they don't keep you updated on what is going on they make you speak to different people every time who knows nothing about your case. You never speak to your lawyer after you hire them STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM TJE WORST RATED LAWUERS ON NY STATE AND DEFINITELY DESERVE THE TITLE!! YOUR ICE CREAM TRUCK DRIVER CAN DO BETTER REPRESENTING YOU!

People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
WAYNE MILLER....STOP DUCKING YOUR CLIENTS AND PUT SOME WORK ETHIC IN YOUR STEP AND STOP BEING SO LAZY AND LYING TO PEOPLE ABOUT YOUR INTENTIONS TO ACTUALLY HELP THEM. IF IT'S NOT A ABSOLUTE LOCK OF A CASE DON'T ACCEPT IT YOUR JUST WASTING CLIENT TIME YOUR NOT WILLING TO PUT WORK IN PERIOD!

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I asked to have the attorney Mr. Miller contact me about my case as I was referred by another attorney. I was told that he will be given the message. No phone call yet from him and every time I call I get told the same thing that they will give him the message. Either they are not giving him the messages or he refuses to call clients.

What did you not like about this institution?
I was referred to this law firm recently by another attorney regarding Workers Compensation. I was on hold to speak with someone about my case for over 5 minutes. When someone finally came on the phone I had a few questions to ask before moving forward. Well they did not appreciate that and it was obvious that they were annoyed. I asked to speak with an attorney and was told that no one was available and she was the supervisor for the Compensation department (Maribell). I went forward with my case only because my personal injury attorney recommended them. I'm hoping that my decision to go with this law firm was not a mistake.

What did you not like about this institution?
There’s no such thing as confidentiality amongst the attorneys running this firm and the paralegals/managers. A lot of favoritism and micromanaging. The attorneys are far from professional and never return clients calls. The paralegals are left to deal with the clients and their issues.
