Inform clients if their case cannot be resolved up front and don't take their money with promises of giving it back what is not used. And ALWAYS provide itemized statements when asked.
NOTHING! There is nothing good I have to say about this firm. I have left several messages and emails to no avail when I have asked simply for an itemized statement, since nothing was resolved with my case.
This Firm Took a large retainer from me and I have absolutely NOTHING to show for it. I have asked for a detailed statement since nothing involving my case was resolved and Michael and his secretary Maryanne have ignored my emails and calls. I would get a second, honest opinion before going with this attorney. They will take your money whether you have a legitimate case or not and will NOT give you any of your retainer back even though they say they will.
Michael Chiumento III. This attorney will accept you money under any circumstance and his secretary Maryanne is absolutely worthless. Don't believe anything she says.
NOTHING! NOTHING! Stay away. They are not honest. They say they will help but they won't, but they will certainly take your money! I am very upset that I cannot get any resolve, but worse than that I believe they knew this at the very start and was not honest with me. They took my retainer and I had only 1 conversation after that. And when I emailed and phoned Maryanne for an itemized statement since they can't do anything, I have been ignored. Maryanne says Michael spent a lot of time on my case, but how am I suppose to know that? Just take her word? Beware!!... It is making choose my employment status in order to leave this review. I am not an employee or former employee of this firm.
Thank you.
