There is a need for a higher competitive salary for staff. Also, the amount of work should be reduced, or more employees should be hired to handle the workload.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm's environment is composed of care and the wellbeing of the staff. The firm size is small but creates a setting in which everyone has an opportunity to meet one another.

What did you not like about this institution?
The salary is not competitive or very good. The amount of work required per pay is very low. There is a lack of training methods for employees.
