Keep up the intense environment but provide more opportunities for early career advancement. I think it would go a long way to keeping good junior associates around. I think most who leave like the environment but the long climb scares them.

The environment here is very challenging and a little cutthroat. There are some major attorneys in multiple fields working here and excellence is expected. The workload can be intense but it is fairly spread about. The firm handles a lot of cases at any given time.

The management is very particular about advancement and it can be a little slow. It is possible to advance quickly early in your career but it will require a large effort I have found. Otherwise there isn't anything bad about the firm.
