There need to be opportunities for the staff to learn and advance in their career. More staff would then be more likely to stay with the firm instead of looking for another firm to work at.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm is an environment that has flexibility. The place offers opportunities for students to learn and grow. Management has an open door policy in order to offer support to staff.

What did you not like about this institution?
The firm does not offer the opportunity to grow and advance in your career. However, the opportunity should be used as a learning experience to find other job opportunities.
