What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Keep doing what's being done as it works really well. I guess the only other thing that would make it better is more pay, benefits, vacations, etc. but what we get now is pretty good.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
A very intelligent and skillful team of people I'm very proud to work with. Everyone pulls their weight and everyone is always willing to help others for the sake of the firm and their colleagues.
What did you not like about this institution?
Don't really have anything negative to say but I guess maybe the pay isn't that amazing... just as good as most other places.

Try and hire others to spread out the work load and make everyone a little less stressed. That will lead to a better environment and even more business getting done.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I applied online and got hired right away. I feel like this has been a great move up in my career and look forward to keep working here.
What did you not like about this institution?
Sometimes it can get quite stressful working here and that tends to make me a little more worried about work then I want to be.

Get some more people on the crew to help balance the load of the work over more people and offer vacation time for people.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Every day you will learn a new skill and meet new people in this exciting workplace unrivaled in its field.
What did you not like about this institution?
The fast movement of the work can at times lead to things being overwhelming. Often times you will have half the time that you really need to finish something.
