The firm will do well to promote wellness among employees by encouraging more time off and more breaks during the day.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm conducts frequent outreach in the community and tries to make a difference locally. Many lawyers will like this personal touch.
What did you not like about this institution?
Sometimes you may feel the firm demands too much of your time and energy. It is hard giving 110% all the time. Some lawyers have washed out of the program.
