What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
There need to be career advancement opportunities for those who work hard. More staff should be hired to handle the course work and make it easier to work more efficiently.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The law firm has created an environment in which partners have great leadership. The various degrees of cases offer various perspectives and great learning opportunities.
What did you not like about this institution?
The amount of work is tremendous. The work includes constant data entry. The environment is small and has resulted in being difficult to work in a place that has a small group of staff. There is a lack of growth in career advancement.
