There is a need for a reduction of hours per employees. Management should consider making a smaller list of expectations. The firm should introduce breaks in between hours to increase office morale.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm has a positive environment. Much of the work entails is in a fast-paced setting. Emphasis is placed on the value of appreciation of employees.

What did you not like about this institution?
Many of the hours vary in time, but are more often than not very long. Management expects highly of their employees. The amount of work and expectations can result in stress.
