The superiors should maybe take more time to get to know some of the associates to help create an easier route for relaying information for projects and other aspects.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I feel like the work place here is something that helps me to really do a great job. The people here are all willing to help others. The pay, benefits and resources are all good.

What did you not like about this institution?
If there is a flaw at this work place it's that some of the superiors don't really do much communicating with some of the subordinates.
