What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I wish there was a way for him to have more time to talk over things with clients, but I get that can’t be helped. There are only 24 hours in a day and he packs them all full. Not sure he even sleeps.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Pete Rachesky is truly good at what he does. He has been in the valley and practicing law for a long time and has good relationships with all the judicial staff. He definitely knows the law, and how to use it in the most effective way to get the best possible outcome. He does not let personal feelings get in the way and is dedicated to his client. He makes sure you know how to best present yourself in court so you don’t make any mistakes and will keep you advised on how to avoid any more problems during the process. He is always on time, always does what he says he will, and has a great sense of humor to help give you a laugh when you aren’t really feeling much like laughing. This man literally just saved my life and my family, and by all accounts, I did NOT deserve it. AND he was pro-bono doing his public defender work. I am blown away and extremely grateful. I’m sold. If I ever need bankruptcy or family law, hopefully will never need any more criminal help, he is at the top of my list.

What did you not like about this institution?
Sometimes he can be a bit hard to reach or might seem a little brusque, but if you genuinely communicate with him and are working to help yourself, he will have your back all the way.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
Text communication is on point. Reminders the day before court with link in how to get logged in, and always answers texts. Very effective email communication also. I had ZERO problems during this nightmare part of my life, and I had expected to have many. Super pleased. BTW, I am not an employee here but it is making me say I am to post this review? Just so you know, I was a client.
