Try and have more social things going on for employees to interact and get to know each other better. This will be great for the firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
If you like a face paced work environment, this is definitely the place for you. There is a lot going on, a lot to learn and a lot to do. That makes it enjoyable.

What did you not like about this institution?
It takes time to get used to the stress you feel at first, working here. This can lead to you not wanting to work as hard.

I would like to see management hire some new attorney's and try to hire some more experienced attorney's to help free up our hand's when the work pace start's to get very high.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
During my stay at this firm I really enjoyed the fast and intense work environment right from the start. The cases are very interesting and everyone is very friendly and helpful.

What did you not like about this institution?
I felt as though we were slightly understaffed. Sometimes the work load and work pace could get a little bit too crazy but I still had a lot of fun!
