What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Give it a look and see if it's a fit for you. You might be thrilled. Management should keep up the good work, but look at more training for future leaders.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
High-level practices at mid-sized firm. Fair, objective and generous compensation system makes this a great place to practice, where Shareholders are treated equally, and are friendly and casual. Mostly big firm refugees.
What did you not like about this institution?
The objective compensation system for shareholders means there is no safety net for a bad year. The firm needs to grow outside the Philly area.

Train management to be more efficient. Work on raising staff morale.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
They work with all kinds of clients. The people are friendly and the benefits are decent. The environment is professional.
What did you not like about this institution?
The work could be tedious at times. I didn't get along with everyone there. Management doesn't always do their jobs.

Approach your work with an open mind and a good work ethic and you will do well here.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I am astounded at how well they run things at Flaster/Greenberg PC. I've worked for many firms but this one stands out more than everyone else.
What did you not like about this institution?
The work is hard and constant. There are long hours. But it's all more than worth putting in the time.
