What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Hopefully, there will be more expansion of this firm. I love working here and would love a higher position in later years. Expanding would yield higher positions.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The best thing about this firm is that it operates under a good, steady leadership. With that in place, everything flows. We are acknowledged for work on difficult projects and our efforts and that in itself is an incentive. It makes me want to give my all.

What did you not like about this institution?
It can be rather hard to move up in position. The firm is set up in a way that is structured to benefit everyone working there. They won't move you up unless you are exemplary at your job. In a way, that is not really a bad thing.
