Why You Should Work Weekends and Holidays

It would be a good idea to try and reduce the average amount of stress that each person has to deal with every day.
Everyone here seems to be open to help others when they are feeling down, stressed, or just overwhelmed with work.
The work here is at times extremely stressful and that is why we need to help each other to get through the day.
I would like to see more frequent reviews and more opportunities for growth. I think that we could also use some new workers to help modernize this firm and help keep everyone on the same page. I would also like to see this firm take on more diverse cases and step outside of its comfort zone.
Everyone is very helpful and mature. Friendly banter is encouraged throughout the work day. The pay is excellent and there is plenty of vacation leave.
There's not much room for growth at this firm, especially considering how spaced out worker reviews tend to be. I also feel as though our way of doing things is a bit out dated, coming from the perspective of an intern that has kept up to date.
While it's entirely understandable why it works the way it does, it would be nice if the firm took on some work outside of its field of focus.
The highly respected members of this firm make coming in every day a pleasure. Great personalities and even better work.
While a job here would be great for anyone, it could be a little too focused on a particular clientele for anyone who is interested in a more broad workload.
Thank you.
