Be ready to get to work at this job from day one. This is a challenging position with the opportunity for limitless potential. You will push yourself to the limit. The firm should consider improving the work-life balance here for its attorneys.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
At this firm you will get to know a lot of important people in the community. You will also push yourself a lot as this is a job where a lot is demanded from a new associate. You will get to know yourself as well because you will be under pressure to produce every single day and even weekends.
What did you not like about this institution?
The challenging environment is not for everyone. You will have to come into the office most weekends. You will be away from your family and you may find this challenging.

Keep an open mind and a good work ethic and you will thrive here. It has an excellent support system if you make use of it.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I spent 3 years at Anastasi Jellum, P.A. and I learned so much and made some great connections. The firm is very helpful and offers a lot of resources.
What did you not like about this institution?
There are some chaotic times, but it's never overwhelming. You just haveto ask questions and take things one step at a time.

The best thing you can do is learn everything you can and ask questions. They will help however they can.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I've been with Anastasi Jellum, P.A. for 7 years and I'm sure that I will end my career here. They treat me like family and really care about me.
What did you not like about this institution?
The workload can be hectic for newbies, but once you get used to it, it's not so bad.
