What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Management should invest in new computers and servers. This would not only increase the productivity of the staff but also the safety of their clients' information and records.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
An important factor in being successful here is the ability to network. While at the firm, I was able to network with various people in multiple fields that I would not have been exposed to normally. I made and retained important contacts that have been very beneficial in my career.

What did you not like about this institution?
The firm desperately needs to update their technology and IT department. The computers are subpar and outdated. Unfortunately, many of them don't work, which was somewhat frustrating.
