I think a better format needs to be made so that it's easier for associates to relay information to superiors. There should also be more meetings where the partners interact with subordinates.
The firm takes all the clients seriously regardless of importance. That's one of the things I really like about working here. The pay and benefits are great. Fellow attorneys are often willing to help each other out.
There does seem to be a lack of communication though with some of the superiors at the firm. There seem to be routes that make some parts of cases tedious.
