Great pay and benefits

I would like to see this firm hire new attorney's and leadership should make sure that there is plenty of people in the office at all times to help out.

The starting salary is excellent and the health insurance included is very good as well. I also found everyone very accommodating and helpful when I needed help.

It can be quite busy throughout the day and I found myself overworked far more often than I'd like. I also felt as though there were not enough hand's to help in the office meaning we were quite understaffed.

Great Firm that Offers a Lot of Benefits

I would like to see management implement some guidelines in terms of how the front desk staff members are treated. I would also like to see us hire some more senior level attorneys as well.

This firm has really great benefits and plenty of room forits employees to move up. The front desk staff is always very helpful as well.

Some of the other attorneys in the office can be quick to have an attitude with you and I have noticed some of them treating the front desk staff poorly.

Title:Cutting edge firm where you can grow and thrive

I think if the firm put more resources into effective hiring and promotion practices they could better maintain loyal employees and recruit top prospective ones in the field. This could help solidify its standing and continue to drive its reputation as a leading law firm in the field.

Title:Cutting edge firm where you can grow and thrive

There is less of an emphasis placed on growth based on performance, which certainly can lead to inefficiencies in hiring and promotion. Oftentimes, I felt that the firm was focused on other aspects of growing their presence, when they should have in fact been more focused on quantifiable aspects of performance and quality of work that usually went unnoticed and unrewarded.
