What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I understand the need for a hardworking staff, but I wish they were a bit more lenient when it came to personal affairs and family matters.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm consists of a smallish yet competent group of lawyers. I was excited by the clients that they managed to maintain. I really liked meeting with the many clients and enjoyed all the people that worked here.

What did you not like about this institution?
The law firm gains its reputation through hard work. Sometimes this is at a sacrifice. Long hours and late days are the name of the game here.
