What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The atmosphere between colleagues at Kolesar & Leatham is great. Partners are approachable, advise, and truly value every member of the team.
What did you not like about this institution?
Compensation is based on case loads that are mostly accrued through internal referrals. This makes it difficult for some associates to earn as much as they can, which can be disheartening.
