This firm needs to offer more opportunities for upper employment. Employees want to work at a place they can advance under, and keeping the firm small doesn't help in this instance.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This law firm offers a great work environment to be in. Employees are friendly and upbeat and management offers a great training program for new employees. They make the process quite easy and are almost always available to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

What did you not like about this institution?
Unfortunately this firm doesn't offer much in terms of promotions. Spots are limited for upper employment and the people who currently do work in these positions have been there for years. The firm is small and still has room to grow, but won't succeed in helping employees expand their employment opportunities.
