What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Make training a little more in depth for the specific jobs so that new associates can do well. I was provided little basic training and then cases were thrown at me and wished me good luck.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The department heads are very supportive and are willing to help you by going out of the way. You can learn something new every day. The firm has wide range of talents and experienced attorneys. The pay is good and bonuses are above market average.

What did you not like about this institution?
Few strict senior attorneys, workload can be heavy with little assistance from them. Depending on your department duties and season, sometimes work can be a bit slow.
