What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
There needs to be a new plan put in place for the management team to keep the correct order within the work place. The law firm is out of order and very unorganized. The management should really make a better set up to help out the new people for better continuity.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm provides great benefits and they also offer breakfast every day which is a nice perk. They also provide a lot of different amenities and perks for those work overtime. The compensation is good and they have a laid out 401(k) plan which is easy to get on board with.

What did you not like about this institution?
They have a very hierarchical structure which can cause problems for the new employees; the work schedule often has long hours. The poor management has problems getting things in order and generating an efficient work environment. There is no order in the work place, which causes many issues.
