What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Morale here is not good thanks to the overbearing management style in use. The leadership team should think about revising how the firm is run.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Most of the associates and support staff are great; friendly and always willing to lend a hand. The pay here is also very good.
What did you not like about this institution?
A terrible management team really puts a damper on the great pay. There is a ton of micromanagement going on here, and policies are applied uniformly amongst staff, even if no direct benefit is seen.
