What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think that superiors being able to be more communicative with some attorneys would help some people here to not get so intimidated when it comes to being motivated to move up within the firm. I also think that having firm events would help to create an even better atmosphere.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is a large firm that deals with a lot of areas of the law. So I knew that I was going to have to be quick on my feet when I first worked here. But one of the things I also learned quickly was that a lot of the different departments here like to help each other out for better efficiency in cases. They offer great resources and competitive salaries. The associates are very smart.

What did you not like about this institution?
Even though it is possible to get promotions within the firm, there is a lot of competition and advancement within the firm that is all about getting a reputation among the superiors. It isn't anything different from most firms but it is the only flaw.
