What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I wish he would have stayed in practice, but the establishment was determined to get rid of him. If he paid more attention to his chiseling ex-wife, he might not have fallen into financial ruin.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This guy takes on stuff nobody else will, and succeeds where no one else will even try. His nose for ethics is better than a hound dog looking for a corpse.

What did you not like about this institution?
He became an enemy of the liberal legal infrastructure in Oregon by challenging too many judges on their ethical violations and judicial improprieties.
