5.Current Employee, more than 1 yearHonest Review of Hankin & PackJul 18, 2022 - Paralegal RecommendProsI will start off by stating that I'm not one to leave reviews; however, I felt compelled to due to the nature of negatively bias reviews posted here. I also want to make note that I worked at several different firms before landing at H&P, thus I have seen and experienced different work environments that truly are toxic. I could probably put a pin on who the negative reviews I am seeing come from, and what most of them fail to mention is that they have not been in the real estate world long enough to appreciate a great firm. H&P is hands-down the absolute best firm I have worked for. If you are looking for a place to come sit and collect a paycheck, this place is NOT for you. H&P has high expectations of their employees because they are consistently striving to be the best firm and provide excellent service. However, hard work does not go unnoticed, and not only do they compensate well, but also provide semi-annual bonuses, end of month lunches, prizes, and unlimited PTO. I see that the common theme in the negative reviews is the work-life balance, and to that I will state that work hours correlate with the real estate market. Thus, during the busy seasons, it is common to work overtime with the ability to work from home if needed. We also rely heavily on another and have amazing co-workers and managers willing to help out when needed. H&P has gone through a few staffing changes in the recent months (hence the sudden flow of negative reviews) for the best interest of the firm and to provide a better work environment. The partners, Ken and Jon, will go above and beyond for you and they have the same expectations of their managers. All issues that I or anyone in my team has ever had, have been delt with in a professional and proactive manner. H&P is aiming to build a team of competent professionals to provide the best service, and if you consider that to be you, then I 110% recommend this firm.ConsNot exactly a con but note this is a fast-paced working environment, so organization and attention to detail are important.Advice to ManagementYou are doing great!

1.0Former Employee, less than 1 yearIf you want to lose your sanity work hereCloser RecommendProsThere arent really any. The benefits are good, but thats it.ConsThere is no work life balance. Youre expected to work 60 hours a week, and are expected to be a robot. The moment you speak up, youre fired. I watched several employees quit in the matter of months (at least 5). The interview was a bait and switch, they tell you everything you want to hear to get you in the door and dont hold up their end of the bargain. Morale in the office is the worst Ive ever seen anywhere. If I could choose zero stars I would.
