						<p class="small">Keep the culture going and your focus on the people - it is the biggest asset of this firm. Also care more about your people and be committed to their success.</p>

						<p class="small">The culture, in my opinion is the biggest differentiator for Dunn Carney Allen Higgins & Tongue LLP. Very Cooperative Management and excellent Talent Pool. Really good people and happy work environment are the best highlights of this law firm. </p>

						<p class="small">Work-life balance can go for a toss. Salary and other perks are not the best and falls in lower average price bracket of the industry. Support staff is nice, but not very helpful.</p>
