Given this, any attorney looking to try more cases, or become better trial attorneys, will have this opportunity here. They are both great mentors, provide full support, and full autonomy on all of your cases from inception to trial. They have an open door policy and actually care about your well-being as a person. Unlike many other firms, they understand if you are overwhelmed or at capacity and need assistance on your cases. They are true team players, and they want to see you succeed. The dress code is business casual to causal and while there are billable hours (like every firm), no one monitors your whereabouts as long as you get your work done. All of attorneys and staff are also great people to with work with, people you actually want to hang out with outside of work.ConsThis is not a firm to be at if you can't handle a full caseload independently.
