What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Stay in touch with individual professionals though with people all over the world that must be very hard.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Unlimited paid vacation. The culture is also very special. I worked with colleagues all over the world every day. While Salaries are not the highest the firm frequently announced bonuses when it had good months, overall I was paid 13% more than I was at my other firm even though my base salary was lower.

What did you not like about this institution?
The firm stresses client service and responsiveness. As their clients and offices are all over the world this means that professionals at the firm can work very long days. On the other hand, employees are allowed to work from home and to take time off during the day.

People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
All are fine. Mr. Davies is very busy, usually in Asia and it can be very hard to reach him though he does return calls. Mr. Atienza is delightful to work for and Ms. Bodony is extremely competent.
