Busy but Flexible

Keep doing what you are doing, keep improving the workplace and the benefits offered to employees. Keep moving forward.

This law firm has a very busy work environment, there is never a dull moment. However, the firm is family oriented and very flexible with staff as far as scheduling, time off, and being able to meet family obligations outside the office, etc.

The firm is not for everyone. The staff that is currently in place works hard, is very productive, has fun, and loves being here. Those who are not committed to improvement and meeting their potential don't tend to last.

Everyone generally gets along, staff and management communicate regularly. Like any work family, there are issues that arise, but they are usually worked out amicably and discreetly.

Interesting work, flexible management, health insurance, IRA, paid time off, nice office, other benefits. Everyone is very laid back and approachable. Lots of talented , smart, driven people to surround yourself with.

A Law Firm that Had Potential

Management needs to reevaluate the way they treat employees. Everyone works hard at this firm and if management continues to treat employees unequally then people will leave.

When I first started with this law firm management was incredibly helpful and supportive. The firm was large at the time and provided plenty of room for growth and improvement among their employees.

Unfortunately, after a short time at this firm the firm decided to downsize. New management was brought in and several employees were let go on short notice. New management has been unreasonable to work with and treat their employees as lesser beings.
