What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Seriously, stop taking pride in how often you make your employees cry and instead maybe ruminate on how the office staff does 95% of the total firm work. Obviously their hard work will still go unacknowledged but the underlings who have to hold down the office do earn the owner the million dollar payouts. If that's not valuable, I don't know what it is.

What did you not like about this institution?
-culture of fear , ridicule, and manipulation -work/life balance nonexistent -rude personal abuse by boss outside of work -unprofessional -promises employees that they will be taught and trained but actually no job orientation or guidance provided -you're on your own and told to learn everything via reviewing past documents and case files (despite the lack of extra time to do so) Arrogant and condescending boss, office is a disorganized disaster, expected to complete tasks that are well beyond your scope of responsibilities, management will gossip and throw you under the bus instead of having an adult conversation, every conversation is an interrogation

People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
