What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Ensuring that all employees stick to deadlines might create stress but is a necessary evil in this profession. We all work as a large team and need everyone on board.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I cannot boast enough about the team of attorneys I work with. We are able to work together as a cohesive group, which has made our job satisfaction and work quality skyrocket.
What did you not like about this institution?
There are a few things with management that could run smoother but overall I have a hard time labeling something as the worst of the firm.
