Management needs to crack down on the harassment and put a stop to this at once. This is hurting morale and making employees feel unwanted and uncomfortable.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The payments and benefits for this firm are good when starting out. You get paid very well and receive both health and dental insurance. They also give quite a bit of vacation time, which is nice.

What did you not like about this institution?
The environment at this firm is very uncomfortable. Women are treated lesser and demeaned on a daily basis and management seems to think this type of behavior is funny. The place is a revolving door with people constantly coming and going from the harassment.

While the work here is unique and exciting the pay is slightly below average and you won't get as much vacation time.
