The firm should continue to recognize its hard working staff and professionals. Staff should push more meetings with management to increase the amount of compensation.

The firm is full of people who are willing to take the time to provide assistance to others without having to feel like you are asking for too much. Staff is professional and kind.

There is a shortage of working hours sometimes due to the amount of work. As a result, sometimes the amount of pay is low.
