What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Maybe the leadership team should back off on the billable quotas a bit. They seem pretty high, and morale is suffering because of it.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I think the legal secretaries here have probably forgotten more law than I'll ever know! Seriously, there are some very knowledgeable support staff members, not to mention attorneys, walking the halls here. It's a great place to learn.

What did you not like about this institution?
Those who prefer to keep short hours need not apply. Working nights and weekends are incredibly common here, and the billable hour's quota is pretty stiff. Overwork is not unheard of.
