What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think a more helpful environment would benefit the lawyers greatly and reduce their stress. No one wants to appear weak or like they need support, and that can really take a toll on people in the long term.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is one of the top law firms in New Orleans and famous for its excellence; it feels like working at the cream of the crop. There's a sense of responsibility in trying to maintain that standard, but also knowing how lucky I am to work in a place like this, and all the doors this could open for me in the future.

What did you not like about this institution?
There is an intense pressure to perform and exceed expectations. Everyone has to pull their weight and there's not a lot of hand-holding. You're expected to do your job and do it well and not bog down people by asking for help.
