A casual Friday or any day where everyone can be more relaxed and not ""professionally on"" would really help break up the mood and constant need to strive to be perfect in all aspects of the job.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Working with some of the most professional people is a highlight. Excellence is always displayed to clients and to other staff and it shows with the practice's skills and courtesy to clients and to each other.

What did you not like about this institution?
Working with such professional attitudes can sometimes come off as a bit fake to me. At times I think that this need for perfection hinders more than helps with future clients. It rarely comes off as condescending, but every once in a while it can.
