What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Make more room for upper positions in the firm to keep other employees around that make the firm the great place that it always has been.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Working there was great and allowed me to learn a lot and move up in my career. I very much enjoyed my time there.
What did you not like about this institution?
It feels like there is not room to move up within the firm and that is why I had to finally leave. I had to progress my career further.
