It would be better to have better allocation of work, for allowing the less experienced attorneys to develop and show their skills with less busy work.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The attorneys at this office are all amicable and want to help you as much as they want to advance themselves. The firm itself has many of these experienced, veteran attorneys.

What did you not like about this institution?
Very difficult to find satisfying work for a junior attorney, lots of undemanding activities with not a lot of opportunities to show exemplary work. I'd like more opportunities to achieve upward mobility.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Try to find a more equitable way to distribute the case load so that everyone has a shot at the best cases. Don't allow the cherry picking to continue.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
There is a great work/life balance, friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. It's a good place to learn patent law as well. The intellectual property division is very good as well.

What did you not like about this institution?
The work load can be somewhat slow for the newer people on the staff. The top guys really pick and choose what they want to take.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The technology is up-to-date and the environment is professional. There is some room for growth. The benefits are decent.

What did you not like about this institution?
There are some issues with the way that management runs things. The practice areas are limited.
