They were once so promising on Jul 01, 2024 - Former Employee

Full time 2024 Former Employee

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Just compensation, manageable workload, end bullying of younger attorneys by partners.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Remote work is nice, but that is really where it ends.

What did you not like about this institution?
Compensation too low, practically no bonus structure, work is too much without proper support, new hires aren't provided any training or guidance. Everyone leaves because they feel they are all taken advantage of.

People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
Just avoid firm all together.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
Caring about your attorneys and assisting them in learning and growing.
