What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would like to see an increase in pay. I would then like to see this firm take on smaller cases and slowly take on larger cases as they become more experienced.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
It was very easy to get accommodated with everyone at this firm. I felt as though this firm really wants to go places and everyone is very motivated.

What did you not like about this institution?
The starting pay is very low compared to other firms in the area. I also feel as though this firm takes on too many high risk high reward cases that could jeopardize their reputation in the long run.
